At San Rocco Italia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury fashion item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags and packaging into the shipping box and include the provided return authorization slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
